One fixed monthly fee, set by your turnover band
Not a percentage of what you turn over. You know what it costs before the month starts, and a good month does not cost you more.
Turnover band, then a complexity assessment
Your management fee is a fixed monthly amount determined from your agreed monthly turnover band. For established businesses we review up to three years of financial history where available; for newer businesses we use all available history together with current trading and credible projections.
On top of that, we assess operational complexity — claims volume, employee count, branch structure, insurer requirements, systems, IT support demand, supplier activity and total administrative workload — because two businesses with the same turnover can need very different effort. The final fee is confirmed in your written proposal after the diagnostic.
Turnover-band pricing is reviewed annually to keep your budget predictable. Complexity is reviewed every six months. Multi-branch groups are treated as one combined group for the turnover band.
You always see both numbers. The proposal shows our fee next to what you are spending today on the same work, across every provider you currently use.
What sits outside the management fee
So you can see exactly what you are paying for, these are quoted and billed on their own.
Equipment & physical products
Priced per transaction, generally over a 36-month term. Ownership and finance structure are deal-specific — we may own it, an external finance provider may own it, or you may own it from day one. End-of-term options are set out in the contract.
Connectivity, telephony & software
Fibre, wireless, LTE/5G, VoIP lines, licences and SaaS subscriptions are billed at the agreed selling price or at disclosed provider cost plus an agreed management charge.
Projects & specialist services
Network deployments, CCTV, cabling, solar and generator backup, penetration testing, audit remediation and similar work are separately scoped and quoted before any commitment.
Independent audit & specialists
Annual financial statements and audit go to an independent firm and are billed by them. POPIA, OHS, specialist B-BBEE and legal retainers are billed separately by the appointed providers under our management.
Transparent, and mostly yours
Where we manage a supplier relationship, rebates are reconciled every month and we show you the workings. We retain one percentage point of qualifying spend from a negotiated rebate; the balance passes to you.
Worked example
- Qualifying spend: R100,000
- Supplier rebate at 5%: R5,000
- Bluespan AutoOPS retains: R1,000
- You receive: R4,000
Also in your favour
- Lower purchase prices where our combined scale permits
- Better credit terms and cash-flow flexibility
- Settlement discounts captured where they make financial sense
- Quarterly supplier performance reviews on the suppliers we manage
Committed, but not trapped
- Minimum management-services term of twelve months, then automatic twelve-month renewals.
- Ninety days' written notice before a renewal date to prevent renewal.
- Early termination during a committed term: remaining management fees become payable, together with customer-specific equipment and non-cancellable third-party commitments, subject to the final contract wording — which we walk you through before you sign.
- On exit, a structured handover of your data, credentials, supplier information and services.
Amounts and structures on this page describe how pricing works. Your actual fee, complexity assessment and any separately billed items are confirmed in a written proposal and services agreement. This page is a summary and does not form part of any contract.
