To remove the administrative, financial, technology and support burden from motor body repair businesses so that owners and workshop teams can focus on repair quality, throughput and customer delivery.

To become a national, technology-enabled managed-services platform for the automotive sector, beginning with panel beaters and collision-repair businesses.
The repair side got harder. The rest of the business grew with it.
Cars got harder to fix — new materials, more electronics, manufacturer repair protocols, stricter insurer audits. Workshops put money into the equipment, the training and the accreditations to keep up.
The admin behind all of it grew just as fast, and nobody was hired to run it. So owners hold it together themselves, across an accountant, a bookkeeper, an IT contractor, an HR consultant, a connectivity provider and four software vendors — none of them responsible for the whole.
Bluespan AutoOPS is built to be the one that is — by people who have run the office side of a panel shop, not just advised on one.

Bluespan is the master brand. Bluespan AutoOPS is the operating brand for the automotive sector, run as a separate legal entity aligned to the Bluespan brand.
Core functions — finance, accounting, HR administration, payroll, procurement management, routine compliance, client account management and management reporting — are delivered by our own team. Specialist and technical services are delivered by approved external providers we appoint, contract, price and hold to their service levels.
Gauteng & Cape Town
Panel beaters and collision-repair businesses are our initial and exclusive focus — independent workshops, insurance-approved repairers, manufacturer-approved repairers and multi-branch groups, from micro to large, with pricing and resourcing scaled by turnover and complexity.
Once the delivery model is proven, Bluespan AutoOPS may expand into selected adjacent automotive businesses.
System-agnostic, by design
We do not replace functioning industry systems just to standardise a stack. Existing systems are kept when they are fit for purpose, integrated where practical, and replaced only where there is a clear operational or commercial benefit — explained to you first.
Reporting starts as a monthly management pack and a quarterly financial management presentation. A live customer dashboard is planned for a later stage, designed around information we can verify from source systems rather than duplicating the specialist systems you already run.
