A predictable path in

No pressure, no onboarding fee, and an honest account of the work involved before you commit to anything.

1

A free operational diagnostic

We come to your workshop and go through how the business actually runs: who does what, what systems you use, where the month-end falls over, and what you are already paying every provider. We put a number on it. No charge, and no obligation. If we cannot make a case worth your time, we will tell you so.

2

A written proposal you can check

What we take on, what stays with you, what it costs, and what you are spending today on the same work. You see both numbers side by side. There is no onboarding fee.

3

Transition, over roughly three months

We take on your records, systems, supplier accounts and payroll in a planned sequence. We will be honest with you: the first two or three months involve real work on your side while we get to the bottom of everything — old reconciliations, supplier queries, system access, employee records. It settles, and then it stays settled.

4

A monthly rhythm you can set your watch by

A management pack every month, including your income statement, balance sheet, debtor and creditor ageing, budget variance and plain-English commentary on what moved and why. Service levels for each area — finance, claims, HR, IT, connectivity, procurement, compliance and marketing — in writing. A named person you phone.

5

Formal reviews

A financial management meeting with you every quarter. A service review every quarter. A supplier performance review every quarter. Budget and commercial reviews annually. Nothing drifts.

Your data

Your records stay yours

Your primary business records remain at your premises, or somewhere you control and we have agreed in writing. We get only the access we need to do the work we are contracted to do, under confidentiality agreements that cover our staff and our contractors.

We treat your data as client-owned. We are system-agnostic — existing systems are kept when they are fit for purpose, and we only propose replacing something when there is a clear operational or commercial benefit, explained before anything moves.

If you ever leave us, you get a structured handover of your data, credentials and supplier information.

Straight answers

The questions owners ask us first

What happens to the person who runs my office?

Usually the real question, and it deserves a straight answer. We will show you the written scope: what they keep, what moves to us, and where they get their time back. Where a role genuinely changes, we will say so up front rather than let you discover it in month three.

I have used the same accountant for twenty years.

Keep them. Your annual financial statements and audit go to an independent firm anyway, and we maintain the records they work from. What we add is the monthly discipline your accountant was never contracted to provide.

If you handle my insurers, do I lose the relationship?

No. You stay the principal and the accreditation stays in your name. We handle the administration, the documentation, the invoicing and the day-to-day dealings, and we do the negotiating. Nothing commercial gets agreed with an insurer without your approval, and you can be in any meeting you want to be in.

Do I have to change all my systems?

No. We are deliberately system-agnostic. If what you use works, we work with it. We only propose replacing something when there is a clear operational or commercial reason, and we will explain it before anything moves.

How do I know you will not take money out of my account?

You hold sole release authority, for suppliers and for salaries. We prepare and load; you release. It is in the contract and we cannot change it unilaterally.

What if it does not work out?

Twelve-month minimum term, then twelve-month renewals with ninety days' notice. On exit you get a structured handover. We will also point you to the clause dealing with leaving inside a committed term before you sign, rather than after.

Can I take one part, just the IT?

You can ask, but we would rather be honest: the value comes from running these functions together. For IT alone you would be better served by a straight IT provider, and we will point you at a good one.

Who actually does the work?

Finance, payroll, HR administration, procurement and compliance are done by our own team. Specialist work such as IT, cybersecurity, connectivity, legal, health and safety and privacy compliance is done by approved specialists we appoint and manage. Either way, you deal with us and we answer for it.

Start with 45 minutes at your workshop

We are not going to present anything at you. We want to understand how your month runs, what lands on your desk that should not, and what you are already spending across every provider you use.
